She settled in Dallas, Texas in 2003, where she laid the foundations of a diversified business empire spanning healthcare, technology, and real estate. Today, she is the founder of eight companies with a combined valuation of over $100 million.
A graduate of MIT’s Sloan School of Management and Harvard Business School, Patel has also carved out a reputation for her philanthropic initiative, Couture For Cause. Through this non-profit venture, she auctions rare couture pieces—many from her own wardrobe—to raise funds for humanitarian causes. Her deep connection to both fashion and charity has solidified her role as a socially conscious influencer in elite circles.
Speculation about her attendance at Met Gala 2025 was confirmed when Patel shared a glimpse of her invitation on Instagram Stories. The exclusive event, which raises funds for the Costume Institute of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, is scheduled to take place tonight in New York City. Her caption, “Can’t wait,” excited fans and fashion watchers alike.
