She says Dharmendra is “many things” to her, a loving husband, supportive father to their daughters Esha and Ahaana, and a constant source of guidance.

His final film prepares for release

Dharmendra dies on November 24. He had recently been treated at Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai after experiencing breathing difficulties. Though he was discharged earlier in the month and continued recovery at home, he passed away soon after.

His last appearance will be in Ikkis, directed by Sriram Raghavan and featuring Agastya Nanda and Simar Bhatia. The film tells the story of Arun Khetarpal, the youngest recipient of the Param Vir Chakra, and is set for a posthumous release.
