Awardees and their contributions
Ritesh Sanghvi leads the Due Diligence, Integration, and Divestiture teams at Ipsen, a global pharmaceutical company focused on oncology, neurology, and rare diseases. With over 20 years’ experience spanning product development, regulatory affairs, and corporate development, Sanghvi drives strategic portfolio value by aligning scientific innovation with patient needs. His career includes tenures at AbbVie, Allergan, and Forest Labs, and he holds a Ph.D. from the University of Arizona, an MBA from SUNY Stony Brook, and an executive certificate from the Wharton School.
Ajay Sharma serves as Vice President of eCommerce & OmniChannel for Bayer’s Consumer Health division in North America. Sharma leads strategies that integrate eCommerce and omni-channel approaches to meet evolving consumer and retailer needs. Prior to this role, he built digital capabilities across Bayer’s global markets and held senior positions at Coca-Cola. His experience spans commercial, trade marketing, and digital domains.
Tajinder Vohra is Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Revvity, managing manufacturing, supply chain, customer care, and distribution functions globally. With nearly three decades of operations leadership, Vohra has successfully integrated technology and streamlined supply chains across countries. His background includes executive roles at ABB in India and global operations at Genpact. He holds degrees from the University of Delhi, University of Alabama, and Lehigh University.
Raj Pudipeddi is Chief Growth Officer at Exact Sciences, with 30 years of global leadership in medical devices, telecom, and consumer goods. Prior roles include Managing Director positions at Align and executive roles at Bharti Airtel and Procter & Gamble. Pudipeddi earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and a Bachelor of Engineering from the Gandhi Institute of Technology. He also serves on corporate boards and advises growth ventures.
