Detroit rapper Skilla Baby, born Trevon Gardner, was reportedly shot multiple times on Thursday evening in a targeted attack near eastbound 8 Mile and Telegraph Road. The incident, which has generated significant buzz online, comes as a shock to fans of the rising music star.
While official statements from law enforcement are still pending, social media is abuzz with unverified reports and images related to the shooting.
According to several sources, Skilla Baby sustained a graze wound to the head and a gunshot wound to the leg during the incident. It is believed that the vehicle he was traveling in, a black SUV, came under heavy gunfire before it crashed into a nearby building.
Photographs circulating on various platforms show a bullet-riddled black vehicle, allegedly the same SUV involved in the attack. The authenticity of these images has yet to be independently verified.

Another shared, “That’s incredibly serious and I hope he makes a full recovery. Sending positive thoughts his way.”
