Netflix drops first look at 2026 lineup

Netflix has revealed its content slate for 2026, offering early glimpses of upcoming films, series, and animated projects. A newly released teaser showcases returning franchises alongside new originals, signaling a year focused on established IP and star-driven releases.

Among the highlights are Enola Holmes 3, Lupin season four, The Gentlemen season tw,o and the feature film Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man.


Returning favorites take center stage

The teaser video moves viewers through familiar world,s including Bridgerton and Emily in Paris, while also teasing major film projects such as the Denzel Washington–Robert Pattinson–Daisy Edgar-Jones heist thriller Here Comes The Flood and Charlize Theron’s action title Apex.

Netflix also confirmed the return of Sesame Street in a reimagined format, alongside the animated family film Swapped, which features voice performances from Michael B. Jordan and Juno Temple.

Big fantasy and anime expansions

Greta Gerwig’s long-awaited adaptation of The Chronicles of Narnia was also highlighted. The film will adapt the magician’s nephew, following Digory Kirke and Polly Plummer as they witness the creation of Narnia and the rise of the White Witch.

The slate further includes the anime adaptation of Devil's May Cry, continuing Netflix’s push into animated adaptations of popular game franchises.

Live-action hits and global series continue

Clips from the second seasons of live-action One Piece and Avatar: The Last Airbender were featured, confirming their return after strong debut performances.

International content remains a focus, with the upcoming Korean drama The East Palace, starring Nam Joo-hyuk, Roh Yoon-seo, and Cho Seung-woo, also part of the 2026 lineup.
