Taylor Swift has revealed the title of her forthcoming 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl. The announcement came in a teaser clip for her appearance on New Heights, the podcast hosted by her partner, NFL player Travis Kelce, and his brother Jason Kelce.
No release date for the album has yet been confirmed.
Special guest confirmed for New Heights
On Monday, the Kelce brothers hinted that their podcast would return early from hiatus with a “VERY” special guest, sharing a silhouetted image that fans quickly identified as Swift.
A teaser clip released later featured a light-hearted exchange between Swift and Travis Kelce, in which the singer complimented Kelce’s blue outfit. “It’s the colour of your eyes, sweetie. It’s why we match so well,” Kelce replied.
Fans reacted enthusiastically online, describing the upcoming episode as “the biggest podcast in the history of podcasts”.
