Log in to your Epic Games account.
Go to Linked Accounts > Twitch and log in to your Twitch account.
Once your accounts are connected, you’re ready to start earning your drops by watching Fortnite streams that have Drops enabled.
How to earn the Fortnitemares dropsFortnitemares 2025 offers two seasonal cosmetics:
Treat Bag Back Bling – unlock after 30 minutes of watching
Treat Axe Pickaxe – unlock after an additional 30 minutes
That’s just one hour of watching Fortnite streams to get both items completely free.
Event timing and other collabsThe Twitch Drops are available through Oct. 11 at 11:59 p.m. ET. While it’s unclear if these cosmetics will later appear in the Item Shop, this is the easiest way to grab them now.
Beyond the Drops, Fortnitemares 2025 features collaborations with pop culture favorites including Doja Cat, Scooby Doo, Jason Voorhees, and Poppy Playtime, making it the spookiest Fortnite event yet.

Both models come with reduced features compared to their predecessors.
