TIGER SHROFF made his Bollywood debut with the film Heropanti in the year 2014. From the past six years, moviegoers have been waiting to watch Tiger and Jackie Shroff on the big screen together. Now, finally, the father-son duo has collaborated for Baaghi 3.
According to a report in a tabloid, Jackie Shroff will be seen playing the role of Tiger Shroff and Riteish Deshmukh’s father in the film. Baaghi 3 is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, and it was he who offered the film to Jackie Shroff. The actor has already kickstarted the shooting of the film. A source said, “It is a five-day schedule which ends on Friday. They are shooting on location in suburban Mumbai.”
Sajid Nadiadwala confirmed the news and said, “Everyone has been waiting to see Tiger team up with his ‘Hero’ father Jackie since we launched him. There have been plenty of speculations, but no one has been able to bring them together in the last six years as the duo was categorical that they would only share the screen when a film and role merited their presence. Ahmed and I feel the storyline required Jackie to be a part of the film and our visions matched because it’s a pivotal role.”
Well, it will surely be interesting to watch Jackie Shroff and Tiger Shroff together on the big screen.
Directed by Ahmed Khan, Baaghi 3 also stars Shraddha Kapoor and Ankita Lokhande. The film is a remake of the 2012 Tamil film Vettai. It will be hitting the screens on 6th March 2020. Tiger and Shraddha starred in Baaghi and the fans of both the actors are super excited to watch them together on the big screen again.
