YRF drops the explosive teaser of War 2 starring Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR, teasing intense action on trains and planes. Fans predict the high-octane spy thriller could surpass the success of RRR and Pathaan.

Yash Raj Films has finally unveiled the much-awaited teaser for War 2, and it has taken the internet by storm. Released on May 20 to coincide with Jr NTR’s birthday, the teaser promises a cinematic spectacle like no other, featuring Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR in a fierce face-off that fans say might eclipse the success of RRR and Pathaan.
The teaser is packed with adrenaline-fueled sequences—from mid-air combat to intense action atop a speeding train. It showcases Kabir (Hrithik Roshan) and Jr NTR’s mysterious character locked in a brutal mind-and-muscle battle, setting the tone for a gripping spy thriller that spans across terrains, skies, and possibly continents.
Fans were quick to react on social media, calling it a “pan-India blockbuster in the making.” One fan wrote, “It’s a blockbuster all over again!” Another echoed the excitement: “Hrithik bringing that Kabir swag back — can’t wait!” Many believe the pairing of two pan-India icons—Hrithik and NTR—will boost the film’s box office performance across regions and languages.
The hype began days earlier when Hrithik teased a big reveal for May 20 with a cryptic social media post directed at Jr NTR: “Think you know what’s coming? You have no idea what’s in store.” Jr NTR’s playful reply added fuel to the anticipation: “Can’t wait to hunt you down and give you a return gift, Kabir!”
Directed by Ayan Mukerji, War 2 also stars Kiara Advani in a key role. This sequel continues the saga of the 2019 blockbuster War, which featured Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff, and Vaani Kapoor, and went on to earn over ₹400 crore globally.
