A rare big-screen portrayal of Chhath
Chhath is celebrated across Bihar, eastern Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand and parts of southern Nepal. The festival involves several days of rituals, devotion and prayers, with traditions passed down through generations.
For many viewers, seeing those traditions represented in a mainstream Hindi film has made the song particularly meaningful.

What Vvaan is about
Vvaan follows a contemporary man who returns to his roots and becomes caught up in a battle against dark supernatural forces beyond the human realm.
Director Deepak Kumar Mishra said the story is about a young man going back to his roots and rediscovering himself. Writer Arunabh Kumar and Mishra previously narrated the story to Ektaa Kapoor, who suggested that it should be made for the big screen.
