CRICKET legend Sachin Tendulkar will be leading India at the inaugural edition of International Masters League (IML) that will kick off from November 17.
Legendary cricketers from six countries – India, Sri Lanka, Australia, England, South Africa, and West Indies will take part in this T20 tournament.
The inaugural match will be held at DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai, where India will clash with Kumar Sangakkara’s Sri Lanka.
This will be followed by Shane Watson’s Australia facing Jacques Kallis’ South Africa, and Sri Lanka will play Eoin Morgan’s England.
Brian Lara-led West Indies will make their debut against Australia.
The first four matches of the tournament will be held at DY Patil Stadium and later the venue will shift to Lucknow where six matches will be played.
The remaining eight matches, including the semi-finals and the final, will happen at Raipur. The final will be on December 8.
