ACTOR Kriti Sanon has been cast alongside Dhanush in Aanand L Rai’s upcoming movie “Tere Ishk Mein”, the makers announced on Tuesday.
The film, slated for a November 28, 2025 release, will mark Rai’s third collaboration with Dhanush after “Raanjhanaa” (2013) and “Atrangi Re” (2021).
Sanon revealed her role on Instagram, sharing that she will play Mukti opposite Dhanush’s Shankar. “Some love stories are destined to rise from the flames. Witness SHANKAR and MUKTI in #TereIshkMein. From the #WorldOfRaanjhanaa - a story that's unforgettable. In cinemas 28.11.2025,” the actor wrote.
The actor also expressed her excitement in an Instagram Story, calling the project “an intense love story” and highlighting the involvement of music composer AR Rahman.
“An intense love story directed by my fav @aanandlrai, music by the maestro @arrahman!! A huge (tick) in my wish list. Need your love and blessings. P.S. Reallyyyy looking forward to collaborating with you @dhanushkraja (sic),” she posted.
Sanon recently debuted as a producer with “Do Patti”. She had earlier starred in “Crew” along with Kareena Kapoor and Tabu.
