After two humiliating losses in their first two matches in the ongoing Premier League, Manchester United picked their much-needed win against red rivals Liverpool at Old Trafford on Monday (22) and suddenly, the team looks too charged up.
Erik ten Hag's boys were seen hitting the training session back in less than 24 hours after their 2-1 victory over Liverpool, preparing hard for their next encounter in the tournament against Southampton at St Mary's on Saturday (27).

Manchester, who have lifted the crown the most number of times -- 13 -- but haven't won since 2012-13, are currently placed at No.14 in the points table with three points from as many matches. Southampton are placed at No.11 with four points from three matches.
The 'Red Devils' lost 1-2 against Brighton and 0-4 against Brentford in their first two outings before producing a brilliant display on Monday against Jurgen Klopp's team.
The Daily Mail reported that Steve McClaren led Manchester's training session on Tuesday (23) in the presence of assistant manager Mitchell van der Gaag as ten Hag reportedly took a back seat.
Ten Hag said Cristiano Ronaldo, who didn't feature in the club's starting line-up against Liverpool, remains in his plan for the season. When asked whether the 47-year-old Portugal national, who entered the ground in the Liverpool game in the 86th minute as a substitute, could still fit into his style of play, ten Hag told reporters, "I think he can."
