Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden have welcomed their third child together. The couple shared the news on Monday (4) through an Instagram post, revealing the birth of their son, Nautas Madden.

Madden made the announcement with a creative nautical-themed drawing of a pirate ship, featuring the name “Nautas Madden” beneath it. He wrote, “Cameron and I are happy, excited, and feeling so BLESSED to announce the birth of our third child, Nautas Madden. Welcome to the world, son!!👊❤️”

Alongside the ship illustration, Madden also shared drawings of a cardinal, a potted plant, and other symbolic images. The post reflected a personal and artistic way of sharing the milestone.

He added, “We love life with our family- our kids are healthy & happy, and we are grateful!!! 🙏🙏 Having a blast ❤️ Sending all our best wishes — the Madden Family ❤️🙏👊🏴☠️”

The couple is already parents to two children: daughter Raddix Wildflower Madden, 6, and son Cardinal Madden, 2. With the arrival of Nautas, their family has now grown to five.

Despite their high-profile careers, Diaz and Madden have consistently chosen to keep their children out of the public eye, avoiding sharing photos or personal details about them on social media or in interviews.

Following the birth of their second child in 2024, a source shared that the couple felt “beyond lucky” to expand their family. The source said, “They were always hoping for a second baby because they love being parents.”

Reflecting on her experience, she said, “The women who have children my age are like, literally 20 years younger and that's an interesting place to be because I'm not that age. And that's totally OK. But I want to feel vital like that for my child.”

In another interview, she shared her long-term perspective on parenting, saying, “When you're my age and you decide to do it, it's a real choice. You really have to work hard for it. The only pressure for me is like I have to live to be, like 107, you know? So no pressure!”
