It’s a boy!
Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif have become parents to a baby boy. The Bollywood couple shared the joyful news with fans on Friday through a joint statement on Instagram.
Their message read, “Our bundle of joy has arrived. With immense gratitude, we welcome our baby boy. 7th November, 2025 Katrina & Vicky.”
Family and friends celebrate the news
Vicky’s brother, actor Sunny Kaushal, expressed his excitement by sharing the announcement on his Instagram story, writing, “Main chacha ban gaya (I’ve become an uncle).”
Soon after, wishes poured in from across the film industry. Celebrities including Shreya Ghoshal, Upasana Konidela, Parineeti Chopra, and Madhuri Dixit congratulated the couple in the comments section.
The journey to parenthood
The actors had earlier announced their pregnancy on September 23, calling it “the best chapter of our lives.” They accompanied the announcement with a photo of Vicky tenderly touching Katrina’s baby bump, symbolizing their excitement for the new beginning.
Wedding and work updates
Katrina and Vicky married in December 2021 in a private ceremony held at Six Senses Fort Barwara in Rajasthan.
On the work front, Vicky was last seen in the hit period drama Chhaava and is currently shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War, co-starring Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor. Katrina was last seen in Merry Christmas opposite Vijay Sethupathi.
