Ever since Nora Fatehi was assigned the FIFA World Cup 2026 song, various stories from her Bollywood career, including her dancing skills, have been talked about, one of which is the making of the song 'Siir Siir', which was filmed in Morocco. Fatehi recently dropped the video of the song on her official Instagram handle.

This project also marks Fetehi's collaboration with French singer Vegedream and has drawn attention for its large-scale production and international setting.

It is not the first time Vegedream is working with FIFA, he was also best known for his 2018 hit single "Ramenez la coupe à la maison" (Bring the cup back home) that topped the French SNEP Singles Chart, and was the France national football team's unofficial song for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

Rajit Dev, the choreographer behind Nora Fatehi's moves, shared more insights into the shoot of the song.

In an exclusive interview with Hindustan Times, choreographer Rajit Dev mentioned his experience of making this song. Dev has worked on films like Raid 2 (2025) and Thank You For Coming (2023), has collaborated with Nora on several music videos, and reunited with her for the FIFA project.

According to Dev, one of the most challenging aspects of production involved filming a major stadium sequence under extremely tight time constraints. He mentioned that the music video was filmed in Morocco, with portions of the shoot taking place in Casablanca and Rabat.

“On day two of shoot, we drove for over two hours to Rabat to film the stadium sequence. We were only allowed 15 minutes to shoot inside the field of play. So, I planned all the shots on one side of the stadium with the whole crew including the dancers, Nora and Vegedream,” he share with Hindustan Times.

With such limited access to the venue, extensive preparation became essential. Dev said every member of the team knew exactly what needed to be accomplished before cameras started rolling.

Despite the pressure, he said the crew remained focused and executed the plan efficiently.

“I made sure we all knew what’s the shot and how we will do it. The dancers were from my team and they understood the assignment. We shot everything in 15 minutes and still managed to make it look like a million dollar shot,. I made sure we all knew what’s the shot and how we will do, it which also included drone shots.” he added in the exclusive interview.

The dancers featured in the sequence were part of Dev’s own team, allowing for smooth coordination during the brief shooting window. Careful planning also ensured that drone footage and other key visuals were captured within the allotted time.

The result is a stadium sequence that appears far more expansive than the time available to create it, showcasing the coordination between Nora Fatehi, Vegedream, the dancers, and the production crew during one of the most demanding portions of the shoot.
