According to Tony Ward, the custom creation combines over 600 hours of craftsmanship, more than 7,000 pearls, and nearly 40 meters of silk taffeta. Every detail reflects couture-level handwork, making it one of Aishwarya's most elaborate designs.

Styled by Tarang Agarwal, Mohit Rai, and Chintan Shah, the gown features a strapless silhouette with an asymmetrical neckline, a structured corseted bodice, and a pearl-embroidered skirt that closely follows the body's shape.
